Dosage and Instructions
Each sachet comes in 24gms. One sachet of Chiruvilwadi Kashayam is recommended for one time use. Cut open one sachet, empty the contents to 200ml, stir well and boil in low flame for 10minutes. This kashayam can be taken in warm consistency twice daily in empty stomach, before breakfast and dinner.

Punarnava (Boerhaavia diffusa)

This works well as a stress reliever and a treatment for jaundice, dyspepsia, inflammation, ocular problems, enlargement of the spleen, and stomach pain.
Chitraka (Plumbago zeylanica)
Chitraka is an excellent carminative and primarily helps in treating indigestion. The root powder mixed with buttermilk has excellent results in treating internal hemorrhoids.
Haritaki (Terminalia chebula)
