Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia)
It is also called Amrutha because of its medicinal properties. The extract is used in fever and rhinitis conditions. Its having tonic, anti-spasmodic, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, anti-arthritic, anti-lepritic, anti-allergic, and anti-diabetic properties. The powder of Tinospora is given to children by mixing with lukewarm water for nourishment and pregnant women also. The extract is given in fever conditions.
Nimba (Azardirachta indica)
It is commonly known as neem tree. Neem is used for various skin diseases, eye disorders, ulcers, gum diseases, for birth control. It is also used as a mosquito repellent. Neem leaf paste is used as a home remedy for skin rashes. Raktha Chandanam (Pterocarpus Santalinus)
